7. Bhastrika pranayama|

Bhastrika Pranayama or yogic deep breathing this is a simple yet effective way to boost the immunity it energize the body and calms the mind.

8. Kapalbhati |

Kapalbhati or Rapid exhalation. among the most powerful Yogic Pranayama .it pushes the excessive air trapped in the digestive tract.

9. Agnisar|

Agnisar.the benefit of Agni sar Kriya increase mindfold when it’s done just after kapalbhati known to strengthen the digestive system.

10.Anulom-Vilom|

Anulom vilom Pranayama or alternate nostril breathing. anulom vilom instantly calms the mind. it has the capability to put in a Trance state. you feel meditative.

11. Bhramari pranayama|

Bhramari Pranayama aur bee breath. this is the best breathing exercise for brain. stress ,anxiety, depression, Insomnia, anger issues ,we concentration power ,your name it ,Bharamari has the power to cure any issue related to the brain. it even stimulates the pineal and pituitary glands.

What is YOGA|

Yoga means joining, joining one person with another living being, the union of the mind with the soul or the union of the soul with the divine.It is a scientific fact that this whole creation is just one energy.When Einstein says e equals mc square, he explains the process of splitting into millions of particles of the same energy.

If you look at it from the point of view of your own experience, then the carbondaioxyde you are leaving outside, while the trees and plants are inhaling inside.If you are consuming the oxygen that they are releasing, then this process is done in such a way that you can understand that half of our lungs are with them and half of their body ENERGY is with us.

The whole process of breathing is not happening here.  The whole respiratory system is not here.  Half of our respiratory system is somewhere else i.e. in nature and half of our respiratory system is in our body.

If we felt this thing in NATURE, half of our body, then we would never have to tell anyone that do not cut trees!

1.physical development.

Many diseases are treated by various activities of yoga.  Physical development is the main aim of yoga.  It is good for keeping the body healthy and when a person’s body remains healthy, it helps in all round development.

2.Aim of character development.

Through yoga, a person learns to keep his senses under control.  A new energy is transmitted through yoga, which contributes to the character development of human beings.

3.Aim of mental development .

By adopting yoga, the mind becomes stable in one place and the person gets peace in the mind.Mental powers can be awakened by many activities of yoga.  Thus the purpose of mental development is helpful in yoga.

4.Aim of spiritual development.

There are many such activities of yoga related to spiritual i.e. God and soul.  There are many organs through which a person can do self-realization.  You can awaken your inner powers.  Thus spiritual development is helpful in yoga.

5. Aim of moral development

By adopting yoga, both the body and the mind are activated and new energy develops in the human being, due to which the person starts to behave and behave properly.

The aim and purpose of Yoga Vidya is not just to do some physical postures.Or simply not to achieve physical health.  physical health is a stage of yoga,But people considered this stage as the destination, but the journey is still ahead.Yoga is a very subtle subject which has to be understood deeply.
