What is YOGA|

Yoga means joining, joining one person with another living being, the union of the mind with the soul or the union of the soul with the divine. It is a scientific fact that this whole creation is just one energy. When Einstein says e equals mc square, he explains the process of splitting into millions of particles of the same energy.

If you look at it from the point of view of your own experience, then the carbondaioxyde you are leaving outside, while the trees and plants are inhaling inside. If you are consuming the oxygen that they are releasing, then this process is done in such a way that you can understand that half of our lungs are with them and half of their body ENERGY is with us.

The whole process of breathing is not happening here.  The whole respiratory system is not here.  Half of our respiratory system is somewhere else i.e. in nature and half of our respiratory system is in our body.

If we felt this thing in NATURE, half of our body, then we would never have to tell anyone that do not cut trees!
